📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of our 50-hectare lychee orchard, ensuring optimal growth and yield.
• Implement and monitor sustainable cultivation practices, including soil management, irrigation, and pest control.
• Use advanced tools such as GPS-guided tractors, drone monitoring, and precision agriculture software to optimize orchard performance.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and execute pruning and training programs for our lychee trees.
• Monitor and maintain our state-of-the-art irrigation systems to ensure efficient water use and high-quality fruit.
• Conduct regular harvest assessments to determine the best time for picking and ensure our lychees meet premium quality standards.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in lychee cultivation and share knowledge with the team.
• Work closely with our sales and export teams to meet market demands and ensure timely delivery of premium lychees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in lychee or fruit cultivation, with a focus on sustainable practices.
• Certification in sustainable agriculture or related field is a plus.
• Familiarity with advanced tools and software used in precision agriculture, such as GPS-guided tractors, drone monitoring, and precision agriculture software.
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills, with the ability to mentor and train team members.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Knowledge of Indonesian agricultural regulations and best practices.
