📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement.
• Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Create and curate engaging content, including blog posts, videos, and infographics, using tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Monitor and analyze digital performance metrics to optimize campaigns and improve results.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp.
• Stay updated with the latest digital trends and best practices to keep our content fresh and relevant.
• Assist in the planning and execution of digital events and webinars, ensuring high participation and engagement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and influencers in the digital space.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital media, communications, or a similar role.
• Proven experience in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools like Google Analytics and Hootsuite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and engaging content.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
