📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and implement age-appropriate, play-based learning activities and programs
• Create a safe and engaging learning environment that fosters creativity and social development
• Assist in the development and implementation of the daily routine and curriculum
• Monitor and assess children's progress and development, providing appropriate support and guidance
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers to ensure a seamless transition between home and preschool
• Maintain accurate records of children's attendance, progress, and development
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities
• Promote a positive and inclusive classroom culture that values diversity and individual differences

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children aged 2-6 years in a preschool or playschool setting
• Certification in Early Childhood Education (e.g., CPR/First Aid, Child Development, or equivalent) is a plus
• Strong knowledge of child development theories and practices
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to play-based learning
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and adapt to a dynamic learning environment
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred
