📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide comprehensive in-home care for infants and young children, including health assessments, vaccinations, and developmental screenings.
• Develop and implement personalized care plans tailored to each child's needs.
• Monitor and manage common childhood illnesses and injuries, providing appropriate treatment and guidance.
• Educate parents on child health, nutrition, and development, fostering a healthy home environment.
• Collaborate with our team of healthcare professionals to ensure seamless and coordinated care.
• Use electronic health records and telemedicine to maintain accurate and up-to-date patient information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Midwifery, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in pediatric or maternal healthcare.
• Active registration as a midwife with the Indonesian Nursing Council (KMI) or equivalent.
• Certification in Pediatric First Aid and Basic Life Support (PFA-BLS).
• Strong knowledge of child development and nutrition, with experience in creating and implementing care plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with families.
• Proficiency in using electronic health records and telemedicine systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
