📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design, develop, and implement training and development programs tailored to the needs of our organization.
• Conduct needs assessments and analyze training effectiveness to ensure continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with managers to identify training opportunities and provide ongoing support.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and best practices in employee development.
• Utilize SAP SuccessFactors to manage training programs and track employee progress.
• Leverage Microsoft Teams to facilitate virtual training sessions and collaborate with remote teams.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR Training and Development, preferably in a similar industry.
• Certification in HR training and development (e.g., SHRM-CP, ATP, or PHR) is a plus.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing training programs.
• Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and Microsoft Teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
