• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital payment insurance, attending conferences and workshops as needed.
• Represent ByteDance at industry events and forums, sharing insights and best practices with peers and thought leaders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field, with 5-8 years of experience in product management, particularly in the fintech or insurance industry.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling digital payment insurance products.
• Strong understanding of fintech and insurance regulations, with a focus on digital payment ecosystems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, with additional language skills a plus.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Confluence, and Slack.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
