📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various IT roles including Software Engineers, Data Analysts, and IT Support Specialists.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Leverage various recruitment channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks to attract top talent.
• Conduct initial screenings and technical assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and provide feedback on candidates.
• Maintain a strong candidate database and follow up with potential candidates to keep them engaged in the hiring process.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment.
• Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and metrics to the recruitment team and management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top IT talent.
• Strong understanding of IT industry trends and technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Familiarity with Recruitment CRM systems such as Jobvite, Greenhouse, or Bullhorn.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
