📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the development and implementation of digital and business innovation strategies for Bangka Belitung.
• Identify and evaluate opportunities for digital and business innovation across various sectors.
• Work closely with stakeholders to drive the adoption of digital and business innovation initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of digital and business innovation initiatives on economic growth and quality of life.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in digital and business innovation.
• Develop and deliver training and capacity-building programs to support the adoption of digital and business innovation.
• Represent PT Bangka Belitung Digital Futures at industry events and conferences.
• Contribute to the development of the company's digital and business innovation vision and strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, economics, or information technology.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital and business innovation, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong understanding of the digital and business innovation landscape in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in digital and business innovation (e.g., Digital Transformation Leader, Business Innovation Specialist) is a plus.
