Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent for the construction industry.
• Source and screen candidates using tools like LinkedIn, JobStreet, and Indeed.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records using HRIS systems like SAP SuccessFactors or Workday.
• Assist with employee onboarding and orientation to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR and recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment, in the construction industry or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing recruitment strategies.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and software, such as LinkedIn, JobStreet, and Indeed.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
• Certification in HR practices or a related field is a plus.
