📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and verify vendor invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Manage accounts payable activities, including payment processing and reconciliation.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using SAP and Excel.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payments.
• Monitor payment deadlines and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Prepare and submit monthly reports on accounts payable activities.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and other related reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role.
