📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Choreograph and perform engaging dance routines for live broadcasts
• Interact with viewers in real-time through comments and messages
• Create and curate content for TikTok, including dance challenges and trends
• Collaborate with the digital marketing team to promote content and engage with the audience
• Analyze performance metrics and provide insights to improve content strategy
• Stay updated with the latest trends in digital entertainment and social media
• Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to develop new content ideas
• Represent PT Chao Lei Hei at events and promotions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as a dance performer or content creator, preferably in the digital space
• Strong choreography skills and the ability to learn and adapt to new dance styles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse audience
• Proficiency in using TikTok, including features like live broadcasting, effects, and editing tools
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools, such as TikTok Analytics or Google Analytics
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages
