📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement comprehensive inventory management strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Leverage advanced ERP systems such as SAP MM and Oracle SCM to optimize inventory processes.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of inventory management practices.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement measures to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.
• Provide strategic recommendations to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in inventory management.
• Lead and mentor a team of inventory specialists to drive operational excellence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in inventory management, with a proven track record in strategic planning and execution.
• Certifications in inventory management, such as CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management) or APICS-CLS (Certified in Logistics, Supply Chain).
• Strong proficiency in ERP systems, including SAP MM and Oracle SCM.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor teams to achieve operational goals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
