📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and goals.
• Provide tailored financial advice and products to help clients achieve their financial objectives.
• Use Core Banking System and CRM to manage client accounts and transactions efficiently.
• Conduct financial assessments and risk analyses to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to promote our microfinance products and services.
• Provide training and support to branch staff to enhance their financial advisory skills.
• Monitor client accounts and provide regular updates on their financial performance.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies and plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial advisory, microfinance, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of microfinance products and services, such as microloans, savings accounts, and insurance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• Proficiency in using Core Banking System and CRM software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Certification in financial advisory or microfinance is a plus.
