• Manage and optimize loan processing workflows to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Coordinate with finance partners to streamline loan approval and disbursement processes.
• Utilize Salesforce and QuickBooks to track and manage loan applications.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to loan processing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in loan processing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in loan processing, financial services, or a similar role.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
