📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu and recipes.,Maintain high standards of food presentation and hygiene.,Supervise and train junior kitchen staff.,Ensure efficient use of kitchen resources and equipment.,Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop and improve menu items.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage inventory and ensure timely restocking of ingredients.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the overall kitchen operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Strong culinary skills and knowledge of various cuisines.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Hospitality and customer service experience is a plus.,Knowledge of local ingredients and Balinese cuisine is beneficial.,Ability to multitask and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
