As a Senior Producer, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of engaging and informative current affairs content, including Talking Point segments. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the production process of current affairs segments, including Talking Point, from concept to final broadcast.,Collaborate with journalists, editors, and other production staff to ensure high-quality content.,Develop and implement production schedules and budgets.,Mentor and guide junior producers and production staff.,Ensure compliance with editorial guidelines and standards.,Maintain strong relationships with external partners and contributors.,Monitor production timelines and deliverables to meet deadlines.,Provide feedback and suggestions for content improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in television or digital media production.,Proven track record in producing current affairs content.,Strong understanding of media ethics and industry standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with Indonesian media landscape and cultural nuances.,Experience with social media and digital platforms is a plus.
