📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Managing the daily operations of the retail outlets, including stock control, sales, and customer service.
• Ensuring the store is well-presented and organized to enhance the shopping experience.
• Providing excellent customer service to meet and exceed customer expectations.
• Promoting sales and achieving targets through effective marketing and promotional activities.
• Training and mentoring junior staff to ensure high standards of service and performance.
• Monitoring and reporting on sales performance and customer feedback.
• Complying with company policies and procedures.
• Participating in team meetings and contributing to the overall success of the retail team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in the retail industry.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
