📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the financial operations of the health center, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Provide strategic financial guidance to the management team.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to optimize financial performance.,Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify areas for improvement.,Coordinate with external auditors and financial advisors as needed.,Ensure accurate and timely processing of all financial transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior finance or accounting role.,Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Knowledge of health care industry financial practices is a plus.
