📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments and collections.,Prepare and analyze financial reports, providing insights and recommendations to the management team.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and receipts.,Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections for new projects.,Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth financial operations.,Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.,Provide financial support to the sales and marketing teams, including contract negotiations and financial analysis.,Assist in the preparation of financial statements and other regulatory reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the property development industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including GAAP and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
