📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the underwriting team, ensuring high-quality risk assessment and decision-making.,Develop and implement underwriting guidelines and policies to ensure consistency and compliance.,Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and trends in the property and casualty insurance sector.,Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, agents, and other stakeholders.,Monitor and report on underwriting performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in Property and Casualty Underwriting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian insurance regulations and market dynamics.,Proven track record of successful underwriting performance and risk management.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
