📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process cash and digital payments accurately and efficiently.,Maintain cash drawer and ensure proper reconciliation of daily transactions.,Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their transactions.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Maintain a clean and organized workstation.,Follow company policies and procedures related to cash handling and customer service.,Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic accounting principles and financial transactions.,Proficiency in using computer systems and software for transaction processing.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
