📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage a team of motorcycle surveyors, ensuring their safety and productivity.
• Coordinate daily activities and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that data collection is accurate and complete.
• Train and mentor team members on best practices and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with the office team to ensure that all data is accurately processed and delivered to clients.
• Maintain and update project schedules and reports.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.
• Represent the company at client meetings and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Geography, Surveying, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in field surveying or a similar role.
• Proven experience in leading and managing a team of surveyors.
• Familiarity with GPS and GIS software, such as Trimble Business Center or similar.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
