📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Conduct regular customer visits to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Sales Manager.,Manage and maintain customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.,Assist in the training and development of sales staff to enhance their performance.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of sales activities.,Participate in market research activities to identify trends and opportunities.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems is a plus.,Good understanding of the retail industry and market trends.,Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
