📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the vessel, including navigation, cargo handling, and crew management.,Ensure the safety and well-being of the crew and passengers, and enforce all safety protocols and procedures.,Maintain and inspect the vessel and its equipment to ensure they are in good working condition and comply with all relevant regulations.,Plan and execute voyage schedules, taking into account factors such as weather conditions, port regulations, and cargo requirements.,Communicate effectively with shore-based personnel, including port authorities, cargo handlers, and other stakeholders.,Monitor and report on fuel consumption, maintenance requirements, and other operational metrics to ensure cost-effective and efficient operations.,Conduct regular safety drills and emergency response training to ensure the preparedness of the crew.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all vessel operations, including logs, maintenance schedules, and incident reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A valid Captain's License (Master Mariner's License) and a Certificate of Competency (CoC) from the relevant maritime authority.,A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Captain in the maritime industry, with a proven track record of safe and efficient vessel operations.,Strong knowledge of international maritime regulations, including SOLAS, ISM, and ISPS, as well as local regulations and standards.,Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.,Proficient in English, both written and spoken, and familiarity with other relevant languages is a plus.,A clean criminal record and a good medical fitness certificate.,Experience in managing vessels in the region is a plus.,Familiarity with cargo handling procedures and equipment is a plus.
