Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.,Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, including high-net-worth individuals and investors.,Assist in the marketing and sales of luxury properties, including high-end villas and land.,Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in luxury real estate.,Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential clients and partners.,Prepare and present business proposals and reports to the management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.,Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing in the real estate industry.,Strong understanding of the luxury real estate market and a passion for high-end properties.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant business tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business travel.
