📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software products.,Collaborate with development teams to ensure accuracy and clarity of technical content.,Review and edit technical documents for grammar, style, and consistency.,Develop user guides, manuals, and other technical publications.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Assist in the creation of training materials and tutorials.,Provide feedback on technical documents to improve readability and usability.,Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a similar role.,Strong understanding of technical concepts and software development processes.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.,Proficiency in using technical writing tools and software.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Experience with documentation tools like MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.,Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and XML is a plus.
