Klinik Nanda Kebab is looking for a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the operations of our remote store. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and train store staff to maintain high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Monitor store performance metrics and report to the regional manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the food service industry.,Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with inventory management systems and POS software.,Understanding of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is a plus.
