📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.,Source and screen candidates using various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule and conduct final interviews.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including offer negotiations and onboarding.,Maintain a strong network of industry contacts to source potential candidates.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully recruiting and hiring top talent.,Strong knowledge of recruitment software and tools, such as ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
