Fast Life Indonesia is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Majalengka, Jawa Barat. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment for our guests. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to manage a team effectively.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the daily operations of the front desk, including check-in and check-out processes.,Greet and assist guests with a friendly and professional demeanor, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records and reservation information.,Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Handle guest complaints and escalate issues as necessary to resolve them efficiently.,Train and mentor junior receptionists to ensure high standards of service.,Manage front desk inventory and ensure all supplies are adequately stocked.,Monitor and report front desk performance metrics to ensure quality service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Proven ability to manage a team and oversee front desk operations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Proficiency in using front desk software and reservation systems.,Familiarity with local regulations and compliance requirements.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field is preferred.
