📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the company's fleet operations, including maintenance, fuel, and insurance.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.,Monitor and maintain the fleet's performance and compliance with safety regulations.,Develop and implement strategies to improve fleet efficiency and reduce operational costs.,Handle and resolve any issues or conflicts related to the fleet operations.,Provide regular reports and updates on the fleet's status and performance to the management.,Ensure the fleet is well-maintained and ready for use at all times.,Train and supervise junior fleet coordinators and drivers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of improving fleet efficiency and reducing operational costs.,Valid driver's license and good driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
