Depot Wati Restaurant is looking for a dedicated and friendly Waitress to join our team. We are a popular dining spot known for our delicious Indonesian cuisine and warm hospitality. As a Waitress at Depot Wati, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a memorable dining experience. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work both in our restaurant and remotely, providing flexibility and convenience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.,Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.,Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner.,Maintain a clean and organized dining area.,Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate billing.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or complaints.,Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery.,Assist in inventory management and restocking as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience as a Waitress or in a customer service role is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with basic food and beverage services is a plus.,Basic knowledge of Indonesian cuisine is a plus.,Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20 pounds.,Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
