📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement new menu items and recipes.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Manage inventory and purchasing of food ingredients.,Ensure high-quality standards are maintained in all food preparations.,Handle food wastage and cost control measures.,Coordinate with the management team to ensure smooth restaurant operations.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of managing kitchen operations and staff.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Valid food safety and hygiene certificates.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
